We are currently seeking a talented Cloud AWS Engineer to become part of their dynamic team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the field, working on cloud-based services and implementing a cloud-first approach to problem-solving.
As a key member of the Cloud Infrastructure group, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the client's robust cloud computing infrastructure, which underpins critical business functions across research technology, trading tools, market execution, and data processing.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy resilient, cost-effective cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, and more Develop automation scripts and leverage tools like Terraform and CloudFormation to manage and optimize cloud resources Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvements Collaborate closely with development teams to support the deployment and operation of applications on AWS Evaluate new cloud technologies and make recommendations to enhance the reliability, scalability, and security of the company's infrastructure Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the AWS environment Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, including deep expertise in core services Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash Strong background with configuration management tools such as Ansible and Terraform Experience working with containers and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, ECS, Kubernetes) Proven track record of monitoring and performance tuning in a cloud environment Familiarity with agile software development methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams Sell: Be part of an elite team of professionals who are passionate about building new products and shaping the future of an emerging industry.
