Change Manager working for a leading Financial Services company based in Brisbane or Sydney.
Your new companyYour new company is a leading Financial Services company and is one of Australia's largest insurance companies, they look at building futures and protecting what matters.
Your new role Utilise existing Training and Change Management frameworks and tools.Develop change management processes and tools to support the integration and engagement with change management principles.Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.Conduct analysis to define the change and determine the change requirement.Develop fit-for-purpose change solutions and plans that provide business value and maximise change adoption and proficiency.Design and develop collateral as required.What you'll need to succeed Change Management experience within Financial Services.Proficiency in customer journey mapping.Strong communication experience - must have.Marketing background would be beneficial.Experience working in an Agile environment.Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.Excellent presentation and communication skills.What you'll get in returnWorking for an organisation that has opportunity for growth and development, helping you learn new skills and support your journey.
