Commercial Manager (Finance Business Partner) Great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager (Finance Business Partner) looking for an exciting and challenging career in healthcare.

This role will enable the GM/DoNs and Operations Directors to increase focus on patient outcomes and doctor engagement.
Your ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.
The Role will encompass but is not limited to: Lead the development of budgets, business cases and performance improvement through thorough understanding and analysis of hospital performance; provide reporting and presentation to key stakeholders.
Oversee the performance of the regions and hospitals and provide expert advice and recommendations to Operational Directors and GM/DONs, including timely and insightful monthly reports.
Provide analysis of key metrics, including in the areas of casemix, operating theatre utilisation & labour management and offer informed solutions.
Promote and improve the financial knowledge base across the business particularly the GM/DONs and support annual budget and monthly forecasting.
Oversee the operating budgets for the region and support strategic planning process for hospital improvements.
What makes you a standout for us: Strong experience in a similar role, developing relationships with key stakeholders including providing financial modelling, analytical, and quantitative information.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Strong business acumen and able to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
Strong budgeting and reporting proficiency.
Business acumen in supporting projects e.g., business cases modelling NPV/ROI.
Ability to work independently and proactively with a solutions focus.
Knowledge of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment impacting financial planning and analysis.
