The role: As an SEO Manager, you will work closely with and have the full support of your immediate client team, focusing on working with the SEO Director to lead the delivery of client work and nurture client relationships. You will own the development of the SEO Executive and Associates within the team, helping them to grow and deliver on client work.
Key responsibilities: Develop account strategy in partnership with the client and SEO Director and lead the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs with the team.Ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget.Own and manage the client strategy and plan key campaign efficiencies, working autonomously from the Director to be proactive and take ownership of work and roadmap.Manage scope creep and profitability in consultation with the director.Manage all day-to-day efforts and be the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client.Plan accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Account Directors and Managers.Build strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.Integrate and improve ways of working with internal and external agency paid media teams.A bit about you: Subject matter expertise across a range of SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEM Rush, and Ahrefs.Experience performing comprehensive SEO audits and analysis, technical optimization, on-page optimization, keyword research, content gap analysis, and offsite SEO.A good understanding of SEO strategy, best practices, and keeping up with developing market trends/tools.A high attention to detail and naturally inquisitive.Proactive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and teams, able to effectively manage expectations and nurture relationships.Project management and time management skills, able to effectively prioritize.A collaborative leader and mentor, able to develop juniors to grow the capabilities of the team.Good experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.What's in it for you: Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our 'Be the Best You' policy.5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company mental health awareness days off per year.Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University.Save money with great discounts on health insurance, gym membership, buying a car, and travelBecome a champion for meaningful progress: Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so. The salary package range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 AUD inclusive of superannuation and dependent on experience.
