As an SEO Director at LION Digital, you will play a key role in the success of our SEO campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives align with client goals and are delivered with excellence.
You will communicate directly with clients to understand their objectives, proactively address concerns, and ensure satisfaction at every stage.
Lead the SEO product in the business as well as the SEO team, nurturing both together with a commitment to success.
Job Responsibilities Client Communication: Engage with clients regularly to provide updates, address queries, and understand their business objectives.SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored SEO strategies, including comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and website audits.Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of SEO campaigns, including managing timelines, deliverables, and performance monitoring using tools like ClickUp.Performance Monitoring: Continuously track and analyze the effectiveness of SEO campaigns, using insights to enhance performance and drive success.Content Strategy: Develop content strategies that align with client goals and improve organic reach and engagement.Tool Utilisation: To optimise campaigns, leverage tools such as AHREFS, SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.Client Retention: Proactively manage client expectations and deliver top-notch service to ensure high retention rates.Team Management & Collaboration: Lead the SEO team & Work closely with other channel heads and CX leads to support LION Digital's overall growth and client satisfaction.Requirements 8-10+ years of SEO experience, most in an agency environmentStrong understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with key SEO toolsVeteran-level at managing team members across a global teamStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skillsOrganisational skills: Process-driven and highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCommitment to client success and an ability to consistently exceed expectationsProactive problem-solving and the ability to take initiativeExperience in Retail or eCommerce sectors is essentialInterested?
