We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our global marketing function.
The Marketing Director will report directly to the CEO.

You will work directly with our founders and executive team to shape Affinda's direction and growth plans.
Key areas include:
Strategic leadership:Refine and execute our global marketing strategyRefine and execute our go-to-market strategy, alongside our product and sales teamsPartner with the executive team on Affinda's growth strategy and future plansDrive significant brand development initiativesCreate systems and processes to ensure our marketing function is built to scaleDefine the evolution and expected growth of Affinda's marketing teamDefine and communicate clear value propositions, differentiators, and messagingPartner with our product and sales teams to develop compelling content for marketing campaigns, sales collateral and presentationsStrengthen our brand and web assetsEnsure high-quality execution across digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and contentMonitor, analyse and report on marketing activities, with a focus on continuous improvementLead our events strategy and thought leadership activitiesOversee and execute our public relations and media strategyCoaching and mentoring of our existing marketing teamWhat you will bringIdeally, you have:
15+ years of relevant experienceA proven success leading marketing teams in B2B technology companiesExperience scaling the marketing function in a high-growth companySpecific experience in go-to-market and product marketingA strong understanding of modern marketing practices across digital, content, and brandProficiency with modern marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads)A bias towards encoding our practices into systems and processes to support growthStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsThe ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with practical execution, has a bias for action, and thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

CompensationThe expected salary is between A$200,000 and A$280,000, inclusive of superannuation.
Highly experienced applicants may also be eligible to participate in Affinda's long term equity incentive plan.
