Company OverviewWe're an independent digital marketing agency specialising in acquisition channels such as paid and organic search.

Role SummaryThe SEO Manager will report to the SEO Director and will be involved in managing their pod, including account managers, content creators and link builders.
This role is primarily focused on all aspects of account management: communication, strategy, implementation and reporting.
Main Tasks Include: Managing your own client base dealing with all aspects of account management and SEO.Working on your pod's client base helps where your time and skills can provide value.Ensure all work that is sent to the client is accurate and of high quality.What's On Offer?Flexible working options (WFH and working hours)Company-funded external trainingHalf-day Fridays in the summer months (one a month)ResponsibilitiesDirect ReportsEnsure all key strategies and pieces of work are signed off and of a high qualityManage their day-to-day activity and workEnsure staff retention and happinessDrive efficiencies and ensure capacity targets are achievedProductFeed into the development and improvement of the SEO productFollow internal documentation to ensure all clients receive the same service and productEnsure reporting accuracy and increase reporting efficienciesEnsure reports are sent on time and provide increased valueClientDevise strategies for approvalImplement agreed strategiesCommunicate effectively with clientsManage owned clientsAttend directors' meetingsPrior Experience & QualificationsMandatory RequirementsMinimum of three years agency experience in similar rolesExperience in technical SEO, link acquisition, content marketing & content creation, with proven resultsExcellent working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other standard SEO toolsClient services experience (agency background is an advantage)Working on well-known and complex brandsExpert level at PowerPoint and Microsoft ExcelAttention to detail and results-orientedNice to Have'sWorking knowledge of other marketing techniques: paid search, paid social, programmatic and e-mail automationDegree and MBAReady to get the ball rolling?
