We have an established partnership with Bunnings and are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to manage and grow this important relationship. Join our dynamic team and help us drive success with one of Australia's largest retailers.Key Responsibilities:Manage and nurture the relationship with Bunnings, acting as the main point of contact between our company and Bunnings' category buyers.Drive sales performance and growth through effective account management and product representation.Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize opportunities within Bunnings.Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.Ensure optimal product placement, promotional execution, and stock levels in Bunnings stores.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to ensure successful delivery of products and promotions.Conduct regular store visits to build rapport with store managers and ensure excellent product presence.Report on performance metrics and sales forecasts regularly.Requirements:Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, ideally within retail or FMCG.Previous experience working with or selling into Bunnings is highly desirable.Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.Data-driven with experience analyzing sales and market performance.Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel to Bunnings stores and maintain close relationships with store management teams.Benefits:Competitive salary package, including bonuses and incentives.Opportunity to work with one of Australia's largest and most well-known retailers.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for career progression within a growing company.
