About the role Our Site Operations Manager is accountable for the day-to-day management of the Site whilst maintaining a strategic view, ensuring that we have the right systems, people and capabilities in place to support our operations and logistics functions.
A day in the life Deliver the agreed production plan within budget, ensuring conversion of raw materials to ready-to-deliver stock.Implement best practice systems and processes across the site, adhering to One Harvest Production System (OPS).Prioritize food and people safety on factory floors, controlling risks to employees, customers, and consumers.Maintain a balanced scorecard of KPIs, focusing on improvement in food safety, delivery, and financial returns.Manage change from business and site through production teams, fostering positive relationships.Our ideal candidate will possess the following: Experience in the FMCG environment.Emotionally intelligent individual with capabilities of communicating effectively with people from all walks of life.5+ years experience in leading operations and people management.A collaborative leader with a coaching mindset, it's not your role to do, but to create space and opportunity for your successors to thrive.Automation experience is advantageous.Grow with OH An opportunity to advance your skills and capability working alongside industry professionals.A genuine career path for goal-oriented people.A collaborative team environment with a dynamic company in a high-growth sector.The chance to contribute to a company that is making a real difference in the lives of Australians.What we are proud of One Harvest are industry leaders in the Fresh Food/FMCG industry with more than 25 years of experience.
