Assistant Site Operations Lead
Job Description Summary
This role reports to the Senior Site Operations Lead and is responsible for leading a small team of Customer Experience Associates (CXAs).
You'll oversee day-to-day operations, team management, and ensure the delivery of top-tier services.

Responsibilities:
Lead site operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and safety compliance.
Collaborate with vendors, maintain site facilities, and ensure all workplace tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including BHP's Property & Workplace team, base building management, and vendors.
Lead and develop a team of CXAs.
Provide coaching, performance management, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Assist in budget management, accruals, and forecasting.
Ensure spend aligns with the client's budget and procurement policies.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in service delivery.
Who We're Looking For:
1+ years' experience in leading and developing small teams.
Strong client focus and customer experience mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with stakeholder or contractor management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing site operations and projects.
Strong computer and systems knowledge, with a focus on financial and commercial acumen.
