Assistant Operations Manager

Holovision's rapid growth has unlocked an opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in our Brisbane Head office. We are looking for an ambitious individual with a technical background in an industrial setting who is looking to step up into an Ops Manager role in the future. As our Assistant Operations Manager, you will work closely with our current Operations Manager to ensure that we continue to deliver high standards to our clients.You will be required to assist with:Resourcing and Job Scheduling.Business Development & Quoting.Updating and Implementation of operational standards.Research & Development.Our work environments are ever-changing, offering you a dynamic day-to-day experience and exciting opportunities to pursue further education through formal and informal learning and the ability to attend the international conferences.It is expected that you will initially spend at least 25% of your time on-site to assist with learning all aspects of the role, decreasing over time.ABOUT US:The Holovision team prides itself on being at the forefront of reality capture and digital engineering solutions. Our core business is reality capture and producing high-quality results rapidly for a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, automotive, maritime, film/TV production, mining & more. We specialise in utilising the latest technology, such as 3D Laser Scanners, handheld metrology scanners, photogrammetry solutions, and various post-processing software packages.Joining our team means not only accessing cutting-edge technology; it also means being part of a company culture that values investment in innovation and the professional development of its people. You will be supported by our head office team in Brisbane.ABOUT YOU:We are looking for individuals with a background in construction, mining, water, or oil & gas. Successful candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, team/customer-focused and adapt well to work in dynamic environments.
