Assistant Operations Manager - Hellenika at The Calile
Based in the heart of James Street at The Calile Hotel, St Albans venues are located within a bustling precinct in the heart of Brisbane.

Hellenika is a bustling restaurant with a large and breathtaking space, providing around-the-clock dining - whether it's an early breakfast meeting, after-work drinks in the cabana beds, or a large group dinner.
With a commitment to fresh produce and a hand-curated selection of wines and cocktails, Hellenika is the perfect place to gather, share, and enjoy.

With a relaxed and vacation-like atmosphere, our business is growing and getting busier by the day.
As a result, an Assistant Operations Manager has become available for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering the highest levels of service in a relaxed, modern, and personalized manner.

We are passionate about the individuals who join our team and provide detailed training to set all members of our team up to be successful in their roles.

This role will be heavily office-based with approximately 20% of on-the-floor management.

The ideal Assistant Operations Manager at Hellenika will have:
An enthusiastic nature about themselves and joining our team.
Previous management experience within a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Extensive rostering experience as this role manages a 365-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner roster.
Experience in customer service but be open to adapting to providing the kind of unique service that can only be delivered at our venues.
Previous staff training experience.
Passion for the hospitality industry and putting the guests at the heart of everything you do.
Current Queensland RSA certificate.
