Our target project opportunities include Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and Wind Projects, as well as Hydrogen and Ammonia projects.The UGL New Energy Team is currently seeking an additional Site Administrator to work on our existing Battery Storage System (BESS) Project located in Collie, Western Australia (WA).About the roleLocation: Collie project siteThe Site Administrator is responsible for providing professional administration support in the day-to-day operations as required on the project.Your duties and responsibilities will include:Coordinate visitor travel, accommodation, and site accessPreparing meeting minutes, meeting notes, and internal support materialMaintaining site rosterAssisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory, and storageCoordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issuesYour skills and experience:Previous site-based experience preferred.Meticulous attention to detail.The ability to prioritize tasks and effective time management.Strong computer skills with intermediate-advanced level knowledge of MS Office applicationsWell-developed organizational skills with the capacity to multitask.Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
