The role offers a unique opportunity to oversee and support a team of Site Managers who are managing projects in the $1-8million range.
You will:
Oversee and support a team of 6-8 Site Managers, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and within budget.Lead, mentor, and develop Site Managers, helping them navigate challenges and grow professionally.Facilitate collaboration between Site Managers and Project Managers, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution.Ensure Site Managers are equipped with the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.Foster a cohesive and positive team environment across all sites.Offer guidance in problem-solving and support in resolving on-site challenges and risks. We're seeking a Site Manager who is a proven leader in the construction industry and has extensive experience managing and developing Site Managers.
You'll need to be hands-on, proactive, and ready to take responsibility for the success of multiple projects.
A minimum of 8 years in the construction industry as a Site ManagerStrong ability to mentor and up skill Site Managers, helping them improve their leadership capabilities and navigate complex project environments.Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, site safety practices, and quality assurance standards.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with Site Managers, Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders.A proactive approach to identifying potential project risks and offering solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
