Teacher - Primary - FlexiSpace - Blair State SchoolBlair State School is seeking to appoint an innovative and committed teacher to lead and implement our school's FlexiSpace program. This is an exciting opportunity to provide students showing early signs of disengagement, or who are not thriving in their mainstream classes with tailored, high-quality teaching, in a bespoke, inclusive and innovative learning environment.
Our FlexiSpace Lead will ideally be:
an experienced teacher with expertise in, or knowledge of inclusive practice; or a teacher who is committed to rapidly developing their skills and knowledge of inclusive practice;committed to ensuring students achieve quality educational outcomes by providing uninterrupted access to the curriculum; and high-impact teaching;committed to differentiating teaching practice and educational program delivery to meet student needs;committed to using and sharing inclusive teaching practices with all staff;committed to working with parents/carers, internal support staff and external agencies to support student learning, engagement and wellbeing.This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students and to support our school's journey to embed inclusive teaching practice.
Applicants for these positions must possess: A relevant teaching qualification.Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland.
