We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to drive the success of this exciting new location.

About the Role: As a Store Business Manager, you will play a vital role in leading all aspects of the business to create a VIP standard of service that sets our customer experience above the rest.

You will be responsible for:
Providing an unparalleled store and styling service that prioritizes customer satisfaction and cultivates returning clientele.Leading and motivating the team to achieve targeted goals and KPIs.Managing day-to-day in-store operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.Implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to showcase our premium menswear products.Conducting regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and elevate customer service.Overseeing inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and stocktakes.Collaborating with the head office to analyse sales performance and strategize for improvement.About You: Our Store Business Managers lead by example, establishing clear expectations to achieve in-store goals while fostering growth within the Calibre family.
Our ideal candidate will also possess:
