Senior Account Manager (Consumer & Food) - PR Agency: Red Agency Job Description Summary: We're looking for a Senior Account Manager with experience across Consumer & Food to join our team and create standout work that will help make our clients famous.
Working within our portfolio of brands, you will be working with some of the biggest and well-known brands in the country.
This is an opportunity for someone with a passion for all things consumer and food to join our team to look after some of the biggest brands in the country, and the world including major Consumer & Food brands.

Key Responsibilities: Research and monitor clients' business and industries to stay up to date on trends, developments, and breaking issues, and counsel clients accordingly.
Own and drive strong relationships with multiple levels within the client base, ensuring regular visibility with key contacts.
Know each client's objectives, perspectives, issues, and requirements.
Prepare basic communications and earned strategies and programs for clients and contribute to more complex ones.
Effectively present strategies and programs to clients.
Prepare and regularly review detailed project/program plans including working timetables of activity to ensure successful implementation and achievement of KPIs.
Achieve high levels of client satisfaction, driving and motivating team members to provide superior service whilst maintaining agency profitability.
Autonomously manage small-to-medium sized accounts in consultation with senior managers.
What You Bring: Skills Manage junior teams allocated to clients.
Plan, write and present complex materials and presentations.
Handle complex negotiations and manage client engagements.
Manage media relations, social media activity, and events/activations.
Minimum Qualifications: A degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism (or similar) would be great (but not mandatory).
Experience and contacts within the Australian media, with key relationships across news, lifestyle, luxury, food and beverage, and travel.
A minimum of five years full-time agency or similar experience and proven proficiency to perform tasks required to a high standard.
