MAYDAY Healthcare are recruiting for an experienced Practice Manager to oversee all operations at this busy specialist clinic in Gold Coast
Why work here? $95,000K - $115,000K + superLocated in Gold CoastMon - Fri: 8:30am - 4:30pm / 09:00am - 5:00pmWork for a growing company with further career progressionGreat team culture and work environmentAbout the role: Leading and developing staff including performance management, recruiting of staff, and mentoring/training.Managing budgets and financials.Coordinating and managing patient services, staff, and internal and external stakeholders.Billing management, end of day banking, and oversight on financial performance.Ensuring administration team members are provided with adequate training.Ensuring procedures are in place and regularly maintained and updated in accordance with the quality management system and practice management systems.Managing stock levels to ensure operational continuity.Apply if you: Have proven leadership and management experience.Have experience within the healthcare industry.Have previous experience within customer service and administrative duties.Possess excellent time management and prioritisation skills.Have outstanding communication skills and a strong customer focus.Exhibit a positive and professional attitude to engage various stakeholders.If you are driven, motivated, and confident with the above skills and attributes, we would love to hear from you
