Based in North Parramatta, Sydney, this role offers the opportunity to work within a global IT department, fostering collaboration across an international environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and support of critical systems including our network infrastructure, virtual data center, collaboration platforms, and end-user environments.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
Responsibilities: Support and drive the performance of the local IT teamFacilitate the effective collaboration of international IT departmentsCollaborate with global IT roles to develop long-term strategy for scalable infrastructurePlanning and prioritisation of support, maintenance, project workManage level 1 and 2 support duties and processesManage your department to execute a technical roadmap and guiding IT principles for the global network, server, and end-user environmentCoordinate projects to test and deploy new technology to the organisationQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experienceStrong collaboration skills in an international environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentGood written and verbal communication skillsBroad knowledge of IT technologies and their interdependenciesExperience with project methodologies Agile, WaterfallExperience with ITIL methodology and Service Desk applicationsWe embrace and appreciate individuals from diverse backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, cultures, physical abilities, and bodies.
