About the Role The Medical Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight of medical operation activities, to support the efficient and effective management of clinical trials at Nucleus Network.
This is the perfect opportunity for advancing your skills in medical administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of highly motivated sub investigators within clinical research.
Key responsibilities Strive to provide high quality medical services to participantsSupport and promote ALOCA ICH/GCPActively participate and drive quality improvement through using our quality event processes.Collaborate with other functional group leaders to support the success of a clinical trial.
This includes protocol review and providing constructive feedbackPerforming staff appraisals and active goal setting for the team.Roster the medical team against business requirements and co-ordinate sick leave and annual leave cover.Provide training and support to both medical and clinical staffEffective evaluation and management of adverse events associated with clinical trials to ensure that safety is optimized for trial participantsRequirements Full general AHPRA registration with a minimum of 3 years' experience (mandatory requirement)At least 2 years clinical trials experienceExperience of leading a team of professionalsRelevant GCP training within the past 2 years or willing to acquireAbility to lead and manage staff within a fast-paced environmentAdvance Live Support trainingIf you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.
