Head of Community Engagement and ExperienceCompetitive salary + 11.5% superannuation
The Head of Community Engagement and Experience is responsible for the leadership, management and execution of the admissions, marketing (including student recruitment and retention), communications, community engagement and experience function for ELTHAM College. The role supports the College to meet its objectives through ensuring a professional, responsive and authentic experience for all stakeholders.
With a strong understanding of educational trends relevant to ELTHAM College, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic marketing and enrolment plans to support growth and student retention. You will work with internal teams and external partners to create effective marketing, communication, and customer experience initiatives to meet the College's strategic goals.
Leading and managing a professional marketing, communication and admissions team, you will provide leadership, guidance and advice on best practice Community Engagement, setting team and organisational goals aligned with the College strategy. You will enjoy working both operationally hands-on while at other times developing and delivering strategy.
ELTHAM College is an independent co-educational school located in the Nillumbik Shire, on ninety-eight acres, in the northeast of Melbourne. ELTHAM College grows the heart and mind of each child.
