Auriga Aviation operates a modern fleet of Airbus helicopters in the provision of services to the maritime industry, providing services to a diverse customer base across multiple locations throughout Australia.ROLE OVERVIEWAs Head of Safety and Quality, you'll join our senior leadership team, playing a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our business.
You will lead the charge in fostering a proactive safety culture and ensuring that our commitment to quality underpins every aspect of our operations.
This is your chance to inspire a team, influence change, and make a meaningful impact at the highest level.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and Inspire: Champion a culture of safety and quality, fostering collaboration and engagement across all levels of the organisation.Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to elevate safety and quality standards, supporting our ambitious growth plans.Operational Excellence: Oversee compliance with national and international aviation regulations and standards, driving continuous improvement and innovation.Team Development: Mentor and empower the organisation, ensuring they have the tools, training, and motivation to excel.Collaborative Influence: Work closely with other senior leaders to align safety and quality initiatives with organisational values and goals.About YouWe're looking for a leader who embodies our values of Respect, Reliability, and Resilience.
