Parkside Land is a division of the Parkside Group of companies, a leading, privately owned Australian company with diverse operations in sawmilling, timber manufacturing, timber and hardware, land and property development, home construction, and retirement industries. We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our Land Division.About the Role:As a Sales Executive you will oversee the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to unconditional contract. To be successful in this role you possess a strong understanding of the house building process, actively manage builder relationships, and have a proactive approach in developing a wide network of potential customers. You will have an eye for detail, be a problem solver, and build rapport easily with people from different backgrounds acting as an ambassador for our estates and company.Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions about timeframes, budget and designEnsure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes in a professional manner at all timesCollaborate with other members of the development team to deliver complete and correct documentationManage client expectations and be a trusted advisor and industry expertSupport customers through the sales cycle from initial enquiry, accurately assessing their needs through to contract signing, settlement and covenant approval.Sales and Lead reportingAssist with website updates and Social media postsManaging Covenant applications and approvalsConducting competitor analysis and product positioningKeeping and updating an accurate marketing database of potential purchasers.About You:The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property contracts, the land development process, ability to read construction plans and a passion to continue to learn. You will have a good understanding of marketing and be able to summarise industry intel and trends to help develop future strategies. You will possess exceptional networking & customer service skills with a passion for the residential building industry. Be a result driven team player with strong written and spoken communication skills.
