We are proud to be a cornerstone of the North Queensland community and a major part of the economy for 30 years.Our Club is looking for a full-time Customer Success Executive who can combine their business acumen in product optimisation with a passion for sporting industry trends. This permanent, full-time role is based at Hutchinson Builders Centre in Townsville, adjacent to Queensland Country Bank Stadium.As a Customer Success Executive, you will drive the Club's consumer strategy and manage custom projects with key stakeholders. The Customer Success Executive reports to the Head of Consumer and Business Intelligence.If you are an innovative, dynamic, and customer-focused professional with strategic sales experience and strong digital, data, and customer success skills, we would love to hear from youThis is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic elite-sport environment and contribute to a much-loved brand.Key Responsibilities:Understand consumer goals and preferences and translate them into effective strategy.Create data-backed reporting for stakeholders.Collaborate on campaign ideation, providing creative solutions aligned with the customer's digital strategy.Contribute to product development and pricing analysis, aligning consumer feedback with product development.Become a trusted advisor within the commercial department and an advocate for innovation and data-driven solutions.Lead annual product review, sharing insights on product optimisation and industry trends.Identify risk, upsell and cross-sell opportunities of consumer-facing products and present solutions.Manage custom projects for the commercial department, documenting project scope, ensuring alignment with departmental scope and delivery.Develop a thorough understanding of industry trends, best practices, and business goals with a focus on how fan marketing drives business value and ROI.Essential Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in business (marketing/sports management).2+ years experience in customer success, project management, account management, business analysis, or similar.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Data-driven, problem-solving skills.Experience with using some form of CRM (Kore, Salesforce, Hubspot).Highly Desirable:Sporting Industry Knowledge.Curious and proactive attitude towards enhancing commercial growth AND customer experience.Knowledge of Data Warehouse/CDP/Data Lake infrastructure.Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau.How to Apply:If you're ready to take the next step in your career and are available, as required, to work outside business hours during the NRL season (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays), please submit your cover letter and resume via Seek for consideration.In your cover letter, please outline:why you believe you are suitable for the role; andhow your skills and experience fit the key responsibility areas listed above.You will require a current Blue Card prior to commencing in the role (or proof of exemption), as well as a current driver's licence.Applications close 5.00 pm Friday 29 November 2024; however, we reserve the right to begin the recruitment process prior to this.If you would like more information about this position, please contact our Cowboys Recruitment Team by email: ****** Rugby League Football Club is an equal opportunity employer.
