Please note this role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. About the Role:
As the Advice Relationships Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with External Financial Advisers and Licensees, with the goal of encouraging them to utilize our superannuation offering for their clients. This role is critical in contributing to the growth of this distribution channel.
You will: Represent HESTA in the Adviser & Licensee ChannelFoster trust in the HESTA brandInfluence Advice Licensees to recommend HESTA on their Approved Product Lists (APLs)Maintain long-term relationships with licensees and advisersAddress complaints and provide market insights to the wider HESTA teamEnsure compliance with Trustee Obligations and Governance requirements About You:
We are looking for an individual with high energy, a positive and can-do attitude, and a passion for problem-solving and creative thinking. Strong B2B sales experience, ideally within the Adviser & Licensee channel, is desirable.
You will have:
Established and strong relationships with Adviser & LicenseesStrong relationship management experience and sound negotiation skills with the ability to closeStrong interpersonal skills, particularly listening, empathy, and the ability to communicate persuasivelyTechnical knowledge of retirement income, superannuation, and investmentsExperience with accumulation superannuation fundsKnowledge of investment management, asset classes, and portfolio constructionUnderstanding of financial advice practice management and advice processesFamiliarity with platforms, advice technology, and investment markets and products
