We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Manager to join the team at Melton Greater Market PTY LTD in Melton, VIC 3337.
As a full-time Retail Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store, overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and leading a team of dedicated sales associates.
What you'll be doing
Manage the daily operations of the retail store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback Implement effective merchandising and display strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations Collaborate with the wider management team to contribute to the overall success of the business What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry Strong customer service orientation and the ability to foster a positive and engaging in-store environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment Passionate about the retail industry and committed to delivering exceptional results What we offer
