An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Associate to join an award-winning law firm in Sydney CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled legal professional with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in General Insurance (Defendant) to further their career and work with a leading team in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:Advise and represent clients in the general insurance sector, focusing on defendant matters.
Manage a varied caseload of complex insurance claims, including liability, property damage, and personal injury cases.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, advice, and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in court and at mediation, providing strategic legal guidance and negotiation expertise.
Manage and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and timely solutions.
Stay abreast of industry developments, legal trends, and emerging issues in general insurance.
