More about you – Store Manager: As part of the management team, the successful applicant will require the confidence and experience to lead by example and strive to achieve the targets set.
You will be fully responsible for upholding store standards and achieving sales targets.
With a strong focus on store standards, merchandising, and sales, the successful applicant must ensure that the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to while embracing our values by having FUN
Key Responsibilities: Achieve set sales targetsStock control, sales, and quality managementTeam coaching and developmentRostering and people managementOpening and closing procedures of the storeStrong customer service focusMonitor and ensure adherence to all company policiesClear and efficient reporting to the Area Sales Manager and other line managersCompliance and safety managementEffective display of our fun, unique, and novel giftware productsThe successful applicants will also have: A passion for leading and coaching othersProven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environmentA happy, friendly, and energetic personalityA desire to deliver high-quality customer serviceVisual merchandising flairIf the words fun, vibrant, energetic, and customer-driven describe you, APPLY NOW and be part of our retail sales team
