The Opportunity: Owning two major assets in NSW, our client is on an upward trajectory with the supportive backing of their parent company are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to help boost the analytical/reporting function of the finance team.
Located in the heart of the CBD and offering excellent flexibility & work/life balance, this role will have a fantastic balance of a challenging role where you can utilise your technical and analytical skillset alongside working in a supportive, well-balanced environment.
The Role: Reporting into an experience Senior FP&A Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the organisation's FP&A and decision-making processes through detailed analysis and reporting.
Responsible for, but not limited to: - Providing detailed insights into strategic financial and operational planning - Develop and maintain the businesses modelling capacity to support business valuations, scenario analysis at P&L, balance sheet and cashflow level - Accurate cashflow forecasting and 3-way forecasting/modelling for long-term planning - Liasing with departments to assist in the management of budgets, including preparing reports for presentations - Business case modelling - Supporting treasury management and risk modelling - Ad hoc analysis to support special projects About You: You will have 7+ years' experience, and relevant experience in an FP&A position alongside CA/CPA qualification.
You will also have advanced excel skills and previous track record of utilising modelling skills to enhance strategic decision-making.
Heavy industry experience preferred, but not essential.
