ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Customer Engagement Manager you will ensure timely and professional execution of all customer service dutiesProcess customer orders over the phone, in person and face to faceAssist and resolve customer enquiries regarding deliveries and logistical enquiriesLiaison with warehouse, freight carriers, express couriers, etc.ABOUT YOUYou are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping your customersYou have prior experience in a call centre, administration or similar environmentYou have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Team player with ability to pick up new systems easilyYou have a driver's license or live close to South StrathfieldABOUT THE PERKSAnnual Salary of $55K + Super + BonusAnnual pay revision based on performance and KPI targets metSupportive team environment focused on employee well-beingExcellent mentorship and progression within the companyAPPLY NOWIf this sounds like the right role for you or someone you know, please get in touch with Caitlin – [email protected] and the WOW Recruitment team by applying today.
