Job Description
Starbucks Shift Supervisors keep the store running like clockwork. They motivate and encourage the team throughout the shift, coaching them and delegating daily tasks. They role model and inspire the delivery of high-quality service while creating meaningful connections with customers and baristas alike.
Minimum Requirements
To be a Starbucks Supervisor, we'd love to hear from people with:
Leadership experience in the retail or fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
A genuine passion for creating memorable and unique moments of connections with customers
High levels of energy and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude
Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others
You will be supported with a structured and ongoing training program.
Grow and develop your passion for coffee – become a coffee master
Develop your leadership skills - perhaps with the opportunity to open one of our new stores or become a management trainer.
