Airport Development Group (ADG) owns and manages diverse infrastructure assets across the Northern Territory including airports, hotels, aviation, and commercial buildings.
Investing, developing, and managing long term infrastructure to grow the Territory and Northern Australia.
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our technical services team at the airport.
You will work closely with the Technical Team Leading Hand and Head of Electrical to deliver maintenance schedules and ensure works meet customer and regulatory standards.
In this varied role you will: Maintain the technical workshop to high safety and housekeeping standardsProvide breakdown support for complex equipment around the Terminal and AirportAssist with special projects and task planning as neededRespond to requests for Airfield lighting and Commercial operationsCarry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and minor installationsUse the Computerised Maintenance Management System to record activitiesWork together with the team to meet on call and rostering dutiesTo be successful in this safety sensitive aviation role, you will have: Grade NT Electrical Fitter/Mechanic licenceElectrical maintenance experience preferably in a commercial/industrial settingExcellent electrical fault-finding capabilityAirside Driving Licence Category IVAviation Security Identification CardAbility to work independently and be on callStrong technical skills reading plans and fault findingGood communication skillsFlexibility to undertake diverse shifts and some travelComputer literacyBe committed to an on-call rotating rosterIt's desirable for you to have: Previous airport experienceExperience with airport systems and equipmentEWP licenceIf you are a passionate electrical technician who enjoys a varied, hands-on role supporting airport operations, we encourage you to apply.
