THE ROLE
As a Finance Manager, you will lead the Accounting and Finance function for Domaine Homes and oversee the Finance Department team.
Your expertise will drive accurate financial reporting, effective management of resources, and valuable insights to support senior management in making informed decisions.
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Preparing monthly financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Support the business with timely budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to optimise profitability.
Interpreting accounting transactions and events to support business decisions.
Recording, classifying, and summarising accounting transactions in line with company procedures.
Completing and delivering monthly reporting packs as required by Senior Management.
Reviewing and signing off General Ledger Reconciliations monthly.
Maintaining and updating cash flow forecasts to support operational needs.
Collaborating with Senior Management on yearly budget preparation.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CA/CPA qualifications preferred.
5+ years' experience in management/financial accounting roles.
Proven experience managing teams and engaging with senior management.
Advanced finance and accounting skills with strong technical expertise.
Excellent leadership, people management, influencing, communication and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
