About the role
As a Team Assistant, your role is integral in supporting Bentleys Queensland and our team of Accountants.
Ideally, you will thrive in a fast paced environment, delivering high quality and efficient administrative outcomes.
This position will suit a proactive and self-motivated Team Assistant who can take initiative and really run with the role to make it their own.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling meetings Managing daily correspondence with clients and other external parties Management of ATO, ASIC, etc.
correspondence and applications Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office regarding client queries Raising invoices Drafting engagement contracts Arranging establishment of client entities Scanning and electronic filing of documents Ensuring client files are kept up to date and compliant Collating tax returns and financials Printing reports when required Getting documentation prepared for meetings Ad-hoc administrative duties as required About You
We're seeking a candidate who ideally possesses relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm.
A positive attitude with the willingness to learn quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines is essential Able to demonstrate high level of organisational skills Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Products The Perks
