Workplace Relations Consultant

Industrial & Employee Relations (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time $120-140K (inc super) + bonus & benefits IAS Recruitment is partnering with a leading and innovative organisation that operates across the Financial Services and Health sectors, employing over 4,000 people.
We are assisting them in their search for an experienced Workplace Relations Consultant.
In this role, you will manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances, workplace investigations, and performance issues.
You'll provide advice to people leaders on employment legislation, industrial agreements, contracts, and policies, and support senior team members with enterprise bargaining and union matters.
Key Responsibilities:Guide and advise managers on complex employee relations issues.Represent the company in the Fair Work Commission for matters such as unfair dismissal and general protections claims.Provide expert advice on employment law, industrial instruments, and company policies.Conduct workplace investigations and deliver accurate reports.Effectively engage with union and legal representatives.About You:Tertiary qualifications in Law, Employee Relations, or HR.Proven experience in workplace relations, ideally in large organisations.Strong knowledge of employment law and workplace investigations.Excellent communication skills and experience handling formal applications to employment tribunals.What's on Offer:Modern, flexible work environment with hybrid options (2-3 days a week WFH).Attractive salary & company benefits.Meaningful work in a fast-paced environment.Career progression opportunities and inclusive, diverse workforce.Please apply online by clicking on "apply now" or contact James Brick on / to discuss further.
