Pay Level 3 Security Services Industry Award
Key Responsibilities: Display exemplary customer service Demonstrate exceptional security service standards Conduct detailed checks and comprehensive patrols Proactively monitor the site for safety and security breaches Respond to incidents in accordance with protocols Perform other security/safety duties conscientiously and as required Enforce procedural rules and regulations Ensure the personal safety of staff, customers, and property Maintain security and safety for the shopping centre Monitor CCTV, control room duties and access control To be considered for this role you will: Have proven customer service experience/expertise in security Work as an integral team member Be well presented at all times with excellent communication skills Have a can-do and proactive attitude with exceptional self-motivation Have availability to work on a rotating roster and weekends Qualifications/ Licenses: Current valid QLD Security License (mandatory) First Aid Certificate (mandatory) Australian Work Rights (mandatory) What's in it for you?
