This standalone role is solely responsible for the payroll administration for Clarins across Australia and New Zealand.Responsibilities include:Full end to end standalone payroll position for approx. 300 staff on a weekly and monthly basis using Micropay & Timetarget.Maintaining Master data, pay records and files.Managing the month end and year end process and prepare and distribute payment summaries.Controlling the payment and reconciliation of payroll, payroll tax, group tax, PAYG, PAYE, Kiwisaver, work cover premiums, insurance and authorised payroll deductions and other payroll related payments.Calculate and remit Superannuation Guarantee Contribution and Salary Sacrifice payments.Implementing the configuration in the payroll system according to reporting regulations.Maintain and implement Time Attendance system.About YouMinimum 5 years' experience in payroll, preferably with Australia and New Zealand experience.Sage Micropay experience is a must.TimeTarget experience desirable, or a similar time and attendance system.Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation, superannuation and statutory requirements.Ability to interpret awards.Intermediate MS Office skills, intermediate Excel proficiency essential.Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.If you have a curious mind, a thirst to go further and the drive to boldly take on new challenges, join us.At Clarins Group, we believe in making life more beautiful for our employees and our customers.
