We're Looking for a Chef to Join Our Team at Hecho en Mexico Hardware Lane

Hecho en Mexico Hardware Lane is searching for a talented chef to join our team and help us deliver authentic, delicious Mexican cuisine.
What We're After
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.A Certificate 4 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.A genuine passion for food and the craft of cooking.The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and with a team.A desire to grow and develop as part of a thriving restaurant.Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Mexican dishes, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.Ensure kitchen hygiene and cleanliness, maintaining food safety standards at all times.Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure fresh ingredients are always on hand.Work efficiently under pressure, ensuring timely delivery of food during peak service hours.Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations and improve processes.Assist in seasonal menu development by contributing new ideas and suggestions to enhance the dining experience.Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest standard before leaving the kitchen.What We Offer:
