Our client is seeking a Workforce Capability Lead to join their team in Brisbane. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of enterprise workforce strategies and plans, contributing to the vision of delivering trusted administration and excellent client service. The successful candidate will work within a team environment, defining, designing, and delivering organisational development initiatives that support strategic priorities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about driving organisational excellence.
What you'll do:Lead the design, development and delivery of organisational capability priority projects, policies, and strategies.Prepare and coordinate project plans, ensuring appropriate use of project management methodologies.Provide expert advice and high-quality reports for senior management.Promote workforce improvement activities that drive employee engagement.Identify and present quality innovative process improvements.Manage, negotiate, consult and build relationships with stakeholders.What you bring:Strong understanding of organisational design, talent management, and capability development.Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence and work collaboratively.Strong ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.Deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes.Relevant degree or postgraduate studies in a related discipline would be highly regarded.
