No detail has been spared in this sophisticated, over-55s community that puts you at the heart of art and culture, food and leisure, just a ferry trip or short drive from the heart of Newcastle.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Community Manager to effectively manage the day-to-day operations within our Element Lifestyle community in Fullerton Cove.Key AccountabilitiesEstablish relationships within the local Community to benefit the residents Element.Engage with residents to curate a social and wellness program that builds on Community.Full management of all operational aspects associated with the Community.Provide a high level of customer service to all residents, guests, and community members.Financial management including budgeting, profit and loss, and reporting.Coordinate the effective management of the onsite team, including grounds and maintenance, cleaning, and administration staff.Manage the health, safety, and compliance requirements of the Community.Ensure the Community presents to a high standard.Support the Construction and Development teams with new homes delivery, installation, and/or the refurbishment process of resale homes.About YouExperience in real estate, hospitality management, or aged care.A demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working to operational requirements.Excellent administrative, financial controls, and practices.Ability to identify problems and to use initiative and effective communication skills to resolve the issue.Demonstrated capability and experience in the management of maintenance of buildings and grounds is desirable.Ability to respond well to emergency situations.Culture and BenefitsFab discounts on our holiday parks.Varied and unique role.Inclusive and friendly culture.What's next?If you wish to join a successful team in a growing company, please click on the apply for this job button and submit your resume.Please note that to be considered for this role you must be able to work in Australia and be residing in Australia at the time of application.
