Senior Associate Workers Compensation/Personal Injury (Plaintiff) National Boutique Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate to lead growth within their Melbourne operations.

Our client is a nationally recognised, Brisbane-based, boutique law firm with an exciting opportunity located in the heart of Melbourne CBD within their rapidly growing office.
The firm is dedicated to representing plaintiffs in worker's compensation and personal injury cases.
They pride themselves on a client-focused approach and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for their clients.
Your new role
As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding the Melbourne team.
Reporting directly to the Employment Director, you will be instrumental in enhancing the firm's reputation and client base.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing expert legal advice and representation in worker's compensation and personal injury cases.
Leading and mentoring junior staff to support their professional growth.
Managing a diverse caseload to ensure timely and effective resolution of cases.
Developing and implementing strategies to expand the firm's client base.
Collaborating with other senior associates and directors to drive the firm's growth and success.
Maintaining and building strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
What you'll need to succeed
Admission to practice law in Victoria.
5+ years PQE.
Extensive experience in worker's compensation or personal injury law.
Proven ability to manage and mentor junior legal staff.
Strong leadership skills with a drive for growth and leadership opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
