lead

our team of educators to maintain an inclusive, supportive, fun, and friendly environment for both educators and families alike.Inspire ,

mentor , and

develop

our educators throughout their professional journey with Building Futures Montessori.Work

collaboratively

with the Centre Manager and Centre Administrator to manage the day-to-day operation of an established Montessori Childcare Centre including curriculum supervision, facilities oversight, staff management, and administrative tasks to ensure the provision of

high-quality education and care

at all times.Communicate

effectively with parents, children, and team members to build successful collaborative relationships.Flexible work hours supporting the opening/closing of the centre, some in room contact hours when required.Selection Criteria:Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (essential).Diploma of Montessori (highly preferred) or willing to obtain (subsidised course costs available).AMI training preferred and/or a willingness to undertake refresher workshops.Previous Experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager or Educational Leader highly regarded.Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.A history of taking initiative to lead and inspire individuals and teams to achieve success.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and relationship skills, and a genuine empathic interest in people.First Aid & CPR certification or willing to obtain.Current Blue card.
