The role As a case worker, you will work closely and flexibly with between 8 and 11 families (pro-rata), maintaining regular face-to-face contact.
Your work will be informed by child protection risks, ensuring families progress on their goals.
Our family-centred framework guides your approach, with a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes for children's and young people's wellbeing.
Your team You will work collaboratively within the Family Preservation team and the wider SDN village.
Our team is here to support you in piloting innovative practices and contributing to meaningful change across the organisation.
