Receptionist for an Allied Health Clinic in Chatswood *MUST BE FLUENT in ENGLISH and MANDARIN CHINESE* We are an established allied health clinic (Physio, Chiro, Massage) that is quickly growing.
Our goal is to provide excellent service that empowers the patient to evolve their health potential right into their senior years.
Our practice is seeking a Receptionist to assist in the everyday front desk role.
You would be joining a fun, warm and friendly team.
This position requires a motivated "can-do" person who is committed to exceptional customer service and providing support to a team of allied health practitioners.
Previous experience as an Allied Health Receptionist or Medical Receptionist is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: Support the day to day task of a receptionistWelcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments via phone or in personManaging phone and email queriesAccurately process payment via cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, Medicare, etc.Assist the team of allied health practitionersMaintain cleanliness of the clinicMaintain confidentiality of patients' personal details and financial informationEssential Criteria: *MUST BE FLUENT in ENGLISH and MANDARIN CHINESE*Have Permanent Residency (PR) or Australian CitizenshipExceptional customer service and teamwork skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build rapport with patients and express empathyPrior experience in a customer service environmentAdaptable as well as being a fast learnerA "can-do" attitudeIf you believe you have the right attributes for this role, please submit your resume and cover letter addressing the essential criteria.
