With a focus on leveraging the latest in digital technology, they aim to enhance both patient and staff experiences.
About the Role We are seeking an Application Delivery Manager who will oversee the smooth delivery and integration of supported applications within the business.
This is a critical role, working closely with the infrastructure team to ensure reliable operations and manage escalations effectively.
The role is not technical but requires strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of operating systems, and a focus on integration.
Key Responsibilities Application Delivery Oversight: Ensure the seamless operation and integration of supported applications within the company's technology environment.
Collaboration with Infrastructure Team: Work closely with the infrastructure team to align on system requirements and support processes.
3rd-Level Technical Escalation: Act as the point of contact for third-level escalations, coordinating solutions or, if unresolved, escalating to third-party vendors.
Timeframe Management: Oversee project timelines and delivery schedules to ensure timely support and integration.
Key Skills & Experience Strong Operational Knowledge: Understanding of operating systems and application integration within an enterprise setting.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors.
Problem Resolution: Experience in managing escalations and ensuring issues are addressed efficiently, with an organized approach to escalation paths.
Time Management: Proven ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
