About The RoleAre you ready to take control of your career? We're currently seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong technical background to join our team, based in the Bowen Basin - Mackay, Gladstone, or Rockhampton.In this role, you'll focus on building and maintaining key client relationships while driving new business opportunities. Your extensive experience in the Mining, Oil & Gas, and Power industries will help you identify and develop growth opportunities for MSS, while your technical expertise will allow you to collaborate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.This role is ideal for someone looking to leverage their industry knowledge, client connections, and technical expertise to help drive the ongoing success of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business development initiatives by identifying and securing new clients in the Mining, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and align with MSS's strategic goals.Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.Conduct regular client visits and foster partnerships to maintain and grow the company's presence in the market.Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance service offerings.Salary range from $125k to $145k, depending on experience and skill set.Ongoing opportunities for professional development and growth within MSS.Flexibility and autonomy to drive your own client relationships and accounts.Supportive team environment with a focus on collaboration and achieving results.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience in business development and account management within the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Power Generation industries.Strong technical background with experience in planning, scheduling, and maintenance.Experience working in the Bowen Basin mining region with established industry connections highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.A proactive, results-driven approach to business development and client management.Trade or Engineering qualifications are highly desirable.About UsMaintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with offices throughout Australia and internationally.
