Harvest Scheduling Officer/Weighbridge Operator

Join our client's busy harvest team as a Harvest Scheduling Officer/Weighbridge Operator
Based in Ballarat, VIC, and reporting directly to the Harvest Logistics Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting pyrethrum harvesting activities, coordinating transportation, and ensuring the smooth flow of raw crop material to the factory.
What You'll Do:
This is a pivotal role in our client's operations with responsibilities including:
Working closely with field staff to schedule the transportation of pyrethrum crops from the field to the factory.
Operating the weighbridge to accurately record crop deliveries, ensuring traceability with paper dockets and computer databases.
Coordinating and distributing harvest information folders, PPE, and necessary equipment to staff and contractors.
Assisting with data entry and managing logistics records to maintain accuracy.
