Qualification / ExperienceCertificate III or IV in Disability Support, Individual Support, or a related field (or willingness to obtain).Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within the disability support or healthcare sector.High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve organizational goals.Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and relevant management software.A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).Full job descriptionAustralian Disability Care Services (ADCS) is currently seeking a compassionate and dynamic Team Leader to oversee the provision of disability support services.
