A key part of the Capability branch is the Education Futures Institute (EFI) that delivers high-quality, evidence-informed and equitable capability development for a diverse workforce across key career stages.As Principal Project Officer (Monitoring and Evaluation), you will:Support the design and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation program for the Education Futures Institute.Lead key monitoring, evaluation and research activities across the EFI and the expansive suite of flagship, priority and statewide capability development programs.Build strong partnerships and collaborative approaches through providing monitoring and evaluation expertise and support in line with departmental requirements and strategic priorities.Conduct research, monitoring, evaluation and reporting to inform and enhance the impact of evidence-based professional learning.This temporary vacancy is available until 30 June 2025 unless otherwise determined.The ideal applicant is someone who:Demonstrates strategic leadership and vision.Brings strong monitoring and evaluation expertise and application.Fosters healthy and inclusive workplaces.Enjoys working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver on key initiatives.Interested?
