Our team is responsible for all software engineering activities to ensure that business objectives are met.
This includes the creation, development, design, and improvement of products, software, applications, and services.
These roles are responsible for the development of computer programming systems and applications including the design, coding, testing and deployment of products and solutions to meet business obligations.
As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Who we are & what we do: We are the Tax Tech group within Pw C Labs pillar focused on standardizing, delivering enterprise applications and other automations by exploring and leveraging emerging technologies that drive efficiency of our Trust solutions as part of our new equation.
What we need: A strong technical lead full stack developer with 6+ years of software development experience.
With required skills:.
NET Core, ASP.
NET Core, Angular 2+ or React, Web Api, SQL, Unit Testing, Git, and nice to have any cloud experience.
Oral and written English proficiency required.
Skills, Experience and Attitude: Required: A qualifying person would demonstrate following skills, experience and also attitude: As a full stack developer, ability to write and maintain clean code on the frontend, middleware and backend along with proper code coverage using Unit and Integration tests.
Strong experience designing and developing web applications using.
NET Core or.
NET 5+, ASP.
NET Core, C#, Web API.
Strong programming skills with these technologies.
Strong experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server (or others like Postgre SQL) and applying Microsoft's frameworks like EF Core, ADO.
NET.
Strong understanding and application of OOPs, software & web development & design patterns; event-driven, asynchronous & parallel programming concepts, and best practices.
Basic experience in developing middleware, REST API integration and popular messaging platforms (e.g.
Rabbit MQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, etc).
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), automated testing and complete SDLC.
Experience developing SPA web applications using Angular 2+, React, or Vue.js.
Experience with Type Script, Java Script, CSS3, and HTML5.
Ability to work efficiently with remote teams using technology and highly motivated to collaborate with the team while managing their own time very well.
Flexibility to work with overlapping schedules with dispersed teams on various time zones.
Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines on an as needed basis.
Strong communicator with ability to articulate technical concepts to business and document.
Desired: Ideally, would also have 8+ years of relevant experience with the skills and tech stack mentioned above.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Pair or mob programming (XP).
Experience with microservices architecture and using Docker containers, Kubernetes, AKS, Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
No-SQL experience is a plus.
Experience not only solving but also avoiding performance issues.
Strong understanding of source code version control, including the use of git repositories.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Developer and Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the below activities: Lead the development of applications with the support of a small team and fostering strong working relationships with immense collaboration and ownership.
Hands on day-to-day development using the skills, performing code reviews.
Actively conduct/participate in daily scrums, ensuring the delivery of the committed work by maintaining proper code quality and following the necessary security standards.
Develop applications based on planning, refinement/grooming, mockups, and user stories.
Understanding logical architectures of applications and using best practices & design principles.
Utilizing Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for builds & releases.
Contribute by being a team player, collaborate and participate in pair or mob programming p.r.n.
Collaborate effectively with team members to quickly extract core issues, and help resolve them.
Work with the application support teams for deployments and to resolve high priority issues.
Coaching other developers and sharing your knowledge with the team, inspire & motivate them.
Proactively assist in the delivery of several projects, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
Train and lead staff, including resources across technical capabilities and in delivery centers worldwide.
Establish effective working relationships across firm capabilities, and amongst client-facing staff.
Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen.
